Plot twist, it's actually great!

I was kinda surprised by this hotel! Everything was recently updated with new furniture and fixtures, including a fresh fridge and a microwave. The friendly staff ensured a comfortable stay, and the abundance of USB outlets was excellent. This place is a gem for anyone traveling through!

Our favourite, low cost hotel in Tillmans Corner with amazingly nice and amiable staff. The particularly good location for the price, very close to stores and restaurants and Close to Dauphin Island and an outlet.

Recommend it for those who need a decent stay

The people really make this place special, like Nikki the front desk clerk who helped me find what I forgot. I enjoyed the hot tub after dinner though it turned into an overnight date, and Shana from breakfast was just amazing.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what you get.

A comfortable spot that felt newly updated, with a nice fridge and microwave available. The staff was welcoming, and the presence of ample USB ports was a great touch. The coffee left much to be desired, resembling just brown water.

Extremely friendly and very competent people were working here. I enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate with a huge variety of products.

the area was quiet and safe for my family visit. the ice machine was broken.

Checking in took nearly half an hour due to confusion with the Expedia reservation. The key to my room didn't work, forcing me to go back to the front desk for a reset. Management charged me an extra fee for an additional guest but didn't provide a second key. When I raised concerns about the additional charge, the management suggested I should've booked directly with them instead of through Expedia. The room itself had a few positive aspects, like decent space and furnishings, but the overall experience was frustrating due to the service issues. It seemed like I was just another number rather than a paying guest. Honestly, I won't return to this hotel. The hassle outweighed any decent aspect of my stay.

The location was great for visiting the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park and the Saenger Theatre. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a good value for our money. We also enjoyed the local dining options nearby.

The breakfast coffee was pretty disappointing-definitely not what you'd hope for in the morning.

The mold smell hit like a Wookiee on a bad day, frankly unacceptable for this climate. The towels were sparse, with only one bath towel, one hand towel, and a washcloth for two occupants-definitely a head-scratcher. The room featured burned bedding, which seems a tad off for a no-smoking room.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for my travel plans. I appreciated the free breakfast in the morning 🏨
